Catahoula’s are definitely one of my favorites breeds. If you have one in your family you need to send out Catahoula Leopard Dog Christmas cards. I have a good friend named Jupiter who is a Catahoula. He’s a beautiful dog with a great personality.

Catahoula Leopard Dogs are from Louisiana. Trained as hunters, they have the ability to climb trees and catch varmints in their lair. Catahoula Leopard Dogs are a medium sized breed and are quite intelligent. The one’s I have met all have wonderful personalities. As pups they are very friendly and love to prank everyone they meet.
