Nola Enjoys Cuyahoga Valley National Park

Another chapter in the adventures of Nola. Here is the story of Nola enjoys Cuyahoga Valley National Park. She travels well and is a great companion for our adventures. We spent a day hiking in the Cuyahoga Valley National Park along with other sites in the Cleveland area. It was quite an experience that was made better by Nola’s company.

Bow Wow Dog Park Stowe, Ohio

After our drive to eastern Ohio, I decided to stop at Bow Wow Dog Beach in Stowe, Ohio. The village provides one of the nicest dog parks in the state, and I like to advertise it as much as possible.

This first photo is an overall view of the puppers playing.

If you’re just a few hours away, you should take the trouble to stop here. You can find out particulars such as hours open, etc. on the Stow, Ohio website.

Our first stop at Cuyahoga Valley National Park. Used to be a tavern, now it’s a visitor center. There’s a working lock in the canal there.

Just outside the visitor center is a statue of a mule. Nola was very concerned about it. I think she had the idea it was real and alive.

She got over her concern and posed for this picture.

Things that pique her interest such as this are fun for both of us.
